The last few days of 2013 is a holiday seasons… we get to have a bit of spare time – Christmas, weekend between the holidays, and New Year eve to shop for our wedding band.
After a second view we wonder why we shortlisted it in the first place, Gary think it is not suitable for guys to put on it =X
Doubt we will proceed with this purchase as the yellow gold is too well hidden behind the white gold (which Shirley’s Hubby thought is silver from my poor photo) and the ‘depth’ (how do you describe that?) is too thin for his liking after a few viewing on the wide range of wedding bands these few days. 🙁
We pretty like the design for this, it’s similar to one of the Love & Co. wedding band designs we saw recently but the price is much higher even after discount! @_@
After we drop the previous design we decided to look at other design. We pretty like this, Gary LOVES the shiny yellow gold (and he is the one who reject the idea of having a wedding band with gold initially), but it’s a bit out of our budget.
This design is similar to the one we saw at Love & Co. and Soo Kee, but we don’t really like the rose gold that comes with it. So we request to ‘customise’ them to yellow gold, and is waiting for a quotation for it. Seriously speaking, the price is reasonable and I will be glad to have loads of spare cash which I can put into better use.
The wedding band is something Gary need to wear for the rest of his life to signify he is a ‘booked’ man. Should we get something out of budget but he would gladly wore it most of the time?
p/s: From the list of empty bottles I got on my tables, I realised Goldheart Jewelry actually offered the best service, drinks are served within 3 minutes of viewing and they are patient when showing us their selections despite my ‘home-wear’ dressing. Too bad they do not have the design we like =)
